need an advice on a Mo/Me solo HM build
Hello,
I'm farming elementals HM north of EotN. using 55hp Mo/me with shield of judgement. for energy management I use mantra of frost instead of balthazar's and essence bond, so i have 1 free slot. The problem is that killing them with SoJ takes alot of time. I need an advice on which mesmer skills to use instead of smiting that can kill those elementalists faster. Thanx, shaygo |

If you mean instead of SoJ you aren't likely to find one, unless you take arcane echo so you can have SoJ up twice which will decrease if not eliminate the downtime.
Other than that if you want a different elite i would suggest going Mo/N if you can get all of the elementals close together. |

Thanx guys,
I forgot to say that I only have prophecies and EOTN  but echoing SoJ is a good idea. radiation field - elementals cant be diseased ... zealot's fire is nice but i'm looking for mesmer skills. keep on making ideas, you helped me so far ! |

Since Smiting Prayers are the attribute you already use for dealing damage, I guess it's far better to stick to it for optional skills as well.
Try [skill]Reversal of Damage[/skill], [skill]Retribution[/skill] or [skill]Smite[/skill] I don't see any Inspiration Magic skill that could deal a similar amount of damage as those Smite skills do when pushed to 15 or 16. And putting additional points into Illusion or Domination would be strictly unadvisable IMO. |

[Retribution] won't work on a 55 monk, but [Reversal of Damage] is a nice skill
If you really want to use a mesmer skill, then arcane echo is the best option. |

The only thing you have to remember if you're echoing SoJ is to cast the echoed one before 20 secs, not when the first one runs out, as obviously the echo will run out first.
